I think it is fixed (works properly for me) but I did not get any 
responses here, so formally cannot commit.

Tobias confirmed that it is fixed. There was a big mistake in tceforms 
that showed trash and move icons for non-section elements but for 
ordinary containers. This was fixed. Additionally I fixed several other 
small issues where flexform data checks were wrong. They do not affect 
new flexform records at all but will work correctly with old ones.
