4.0.1 is strictly a bug-fix and no-brainer release, so administrators
can safely update hundreds of installations from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 at once
without having to care about every single one.

Rtehtmlarea 1.4.1 has got some new features, so it won't be included in
TYPO3 4.0.1.

The next release in which new features are allowed, is 4.1
