[TYPO3-dev] TER troubles again

No problem if this test was run against my extensions. If they fail I 
expect to be notified.

But as it is, I don't know if my extensions ate tested or will ever be 
tested. There is no excuse for this.

I will not upload or maintain any of them until this has been changed.
