Hi Henri;
When you install an extension from extension manager, it extracts into
typo3conf/ext folder.
You can find all of that extension into a folder that named by extension key
of that extension.
For example the file of HTML Area extension, are exist in this folder:
typo3conf/ext/rtehtmlarea
