[TYPO3-dev] static_info_tables and "international"

in an ext i'm developing, i have several records that can be associated to just one country,
but others that are more generally "international", or "worldwide".

i didn't find any of these in the current static_countries or territories tables (would have been simple to associate uid 1 to "international")

what do you suggest me: to put the field to 0, and then check manually the international values, or to add 243 to the table?
wouldn't this be good to go in the official ext?
