anyway your version seems to be easier to use than Kasper's original
direct_mail and direct_mail_subscription

much configuration - but can do in one TS template.

In fact only matter, which I can't understand in Kasper's original 
version and your concerns following:

Direct mail subscription categories.

Semi-colon(;)-separated list of category numbers to be included on the 
email address subscription form.

Why there is no table for categories - and they are as if hardcoded 
using TS both in yours and Kasper's version.
