[TYPO3-dev] Add a new language? Maltese!

Regards all.

I need to set up a multilanguage site in English/Maltese. The English part
seems straight forward enough ;-0 But the Maltese seems not to be in place
at all.

So I thought if my client can do a full Maltese language translation maybe I
can include it into the TYPO3 BE. 

Who looks after this sort of thing so I can do the work?
