This will disable ALL tables. I need at least one special to be shown. All others
can be hidden.
Or the other way round that all tables are shown and one special is hidden ?

No way to do this ? Then I will add a feature request in the bugtracker. Write a patch
to acomplish this via Page TSConfig and initate that it get's into 4.1 (i think with
beta3 of 4.0.0 we already had a feature freeze - and 4.0.x are bugfixing releases :)
