where do I report when I have lost the translations which have been
available from TER?

I have e.g. made an error and the Finnish translations for tt_products
have gone lost. I have reported it in the bug tracker, however the
translator will not know about it.
And I have lost other translations, too, because of my stupid action in
the Online Repository.
