[TYPO3-dev] Upload of Extensions / Typo3.org: My Extension Keys.

Hi,

does anybody know,

a) whether upload of extensions to TER2
    via Typo3 3.8.1 and before
    is possible or will be possible again ?
    Or do I need a new Ter2-Upload-Plugin ?

    Since 5 days, I get
    "Error #VersionMismatch: Wrong Version",
    when I try to upload new versions of my extensions
    with my Typo3 3.8.1

b) when the Edit-Page for own extensions on typo3.org
    will work again ?
    Will this be announced here, please ?
    Or is it already there and I am just too dumb to find it ;) ?
