[TYPO3-dev] Problems with hr and border=

Hi list,

on the way to valid code i have one/two problem(s)

when i use <hr /> it is wrapped in p-tags.

I used in setup this:

lib.parseFunc_RTE.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.encapsTagList = cite, div, 
p, pre, hr, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6

but it doesn't work.
Any advice ?

The other is to remove the bordertags from images, i didn't found it (<img 
src="..." border="0">)
