[TYPO3-dev] Include core from outside of Typo3

Hi! What do i have to include in a php file, to get access to the Typo3 
classes and functions t3lib_pageTree, t3lib_div::makeInstance, start, 
process_datamap and t3lib_TCEmain, so that they work from outside of Typo3?

I would like to run these functions and classes without having the file 
in the standard Typo3 BE or FE. Is this possible somehow?

Or is there a file like tce_db.php for pagetree and user auth?
