I would like to see that but on the other hand the feature wasn't really 
announced...

Can we imagine that the Upgrade Wizard in the Install tool would look 
for these:

$BACK_PATH.'t3lib/gfx/...'
PATH_site.'tslib/...'

At least to inform the owner of the site of incompatibilities...
