[TYPO3-dev] TS syntax highlighting for Eclipse?

Haven't seen somthing anything like this. But we are willing to sponsor 
(money / manpower) an typo3eclipse project to have syntax highlighting 
for TS and code completion for typo3 core methods.

Anyone interested in joining such a project?
