[TYPO3-dev] rtehtmlarea 1.3.8 not available in TER? (TYPO3 Security Bulletin TYPO3-20061220-1: Remote Command Execution in TYPO3)

Hello list,

I just tried to update my rtehtmlarea to from version 1.3.7 to 1.3.8
Unfortunately, I cant find it in TER.
Only versions 1.4.0,1.4.1 and 1.4.2 are visible (also not 1.4.3).
Furthermore I see versions 0.4.74 to 1.2.0, but no 1.3.x versions are 
visible.

I tried different Typo3-Installations to make sure its not a setting 
problem.

Where can I get 1.3.8 or 1.4.3?
