No coding style problem. strcspn shouldn't crash.

tt_news doesn't work and the current version has an explict PHP dependency 
of 5.1.99!

On affected machines many (but not all) flex forms won't work.

So I suggest to use the patch, if you cannot downgrade PHP. But I advise 
you to postpone an upgrade to 5.2.0. In fact I'll try to wait for 5.2.3 at 
least ;-)
