[TYPO3-dev] [ANN] Pre-announcement for important security update

Hi,

first of all thousands thanks to the TYPO3 Security Team of their 
excellent work.

Some claims related to emails that it takes long to download is not true 
as it took from me only those normal few seconds to get the packages 
even to here, up north to the country of Santa Claus. Santa Claus is 
very very happy and relaxed now when everything is again secured and he 
can start to find You and deliver all his presents. You can read more of 
him from official documents (must be because they are governmental 
papers) from informal pages at

Also it's nice the get all updates, especially security issues, 
immediately when they are ready. Even Christmas Eve or Midsummer Day or 
any time during Easter. At least it's not so many others doing things in 
net or in servers.

Follow the recommendations that are given in the TYPO3 Security Cookbook.
