[TYPO3-dev] Localization of Wokspaces (TYPO3 4.1)

Hello!
I am currently working on a localized version of the workspaces. Most of
the work is finisehd by now but it will take some more hours of work to
complete this task.

Wouldn't it be interesting to add this to our current version 4.1 of
TYPO3? If it is, could some one explain how to submit the changed
scripts and locallang*.xml files?
