Of course.

And of course it's nice that you want to share. Unfortunately this kind of 
sharing will only be of benefit to those (end) users who use your 
extensions. Only a few peole - AFAIK currently none - are willing to wade 
through a bunch of (possibly unrelated) changes to some UI elements or 
behaviours of TYPO3.

I'm very well aware that providign small patches with a proper description 
is a time consuming and sometimes tiring task, but that's the only way 
TYPO3 can be improved in a coordinated manner.
