[Typo3-dev] Make configuration simple

if I find the time to do it and if more people think that it is a good 
idea, I'll add it to the bugtracker. But I've never worked with a wiki, 
so this might take longer there :)


In bed I had another "idea". The "web"-module is also some kind of 
confusing - it should be named something like "content" because every 
submodule is related to the content (pages are also some kind of 
content). May it be access-restrictions _for_, informations _about_, 
functions to _work with_, _rearrange_ or simply different _views_ of the 
content. Everything is about content.

In this way the "file"-module could also be renamed in "ressources" or 
something like that - but I'm not sure about this.

But I'm getting to off topic with this. Is a useability-ng planed or 
should this be discussed in the dev-group?
