[Typo3-dev] Make configuration simple

I only know one hierachical configuration system that compares 
typoScript in points of shortness. That's YAML. XML is to much typing by 
hand. I don't really think it a good idea to migrate all typo3 
configuration to YAML. Do you?

But I think it is possible to transform between typoScript and xml 
without loss of information. With such a converter one could make 
features of xml accessible.
