[Typo3-dev] Make configuration simple

Hmmm, wasn´t this thread about making it easier for the *user* -
the one that configures Typo3?

Of course developers are allowed to give their point of view,
but in general, is it more important that it is easy for a
developer than for a user/admin?

My point of view is often that it is better to do the hard work
once (when making a program) than letting users have a hard time
every time they use the program...

So, an easier way to configure Typo3 installations would be much
appreciated by me!!
