Current Typoscrit does nit preserve whitespace. And I see no real point 
for the locallang files. As a developer you should have no real problem 
with PHP-locallang file syntax. It's the new XML-format I simpy don't 
understand. Perhaps someone could rewrite the docs for them for idiots 
like me?
