[Typo3-dev] TV and the L varible

Hello list, I was wondering if any of you had given the L variable 
barrier in Templavoila any serious tought. That is, has anybody got a 
simple solution to this problem that will stick? TV is a beautiful 
solution but unfinished, which is a shame.

And since I'm in the asking kinda mood, what would your thoughts be on 
planning to develope a site thats going to be in 5+ languages in 
TemplaVoila? Is it a good idea? A terrible one? Why?
