This is defnitly nice idea. I think I have stated that earlier already:
Why are you not jumping in on argoUML? It does have a nice
PHP5-Codegenerator(*) built in and is Open-Source.

(*) which does have some small defects right now, which should not be
hard to fix for people with some good JAVA-knowledge.
