[Typo3-dev] Problem with 'kickstarter'

Hi

I wrote concerning Typo3 3.8.1

The new 'kickstarter' caused syntax error to the temporaly
ext_localconf file.
The *next* plugin was <?phpsomething - no space after '<?php'!
I one installation the new worked but in
www.atwebteam.com I must install the old 'kickstarter'.


Have someone else found this problem in the installation and upgrading typo?
