[Typo3-dev] New logo and 4.0

I've just read the news about the new logo:

The official release date for the new logo is 29th of january 2006 and 
the page state that:

"- new default backend logo and default login screen"

Does this means that TYPO3 version 4.0 will not be available before 
29-1-2006 ?

It's not that I'm waiting for 4.0, I just wanted to point out that it's 
written in a few places that 4.0 is planned for December 2005.
