 *hiya*!

 RFC:
 I would like to give extension authors the possibility to call a script
 when their extension gets installed. Before and after a possible extension
 configuration (ext_conf_template).

 That would allow me to check for certain preconditions (like checking
 paths with e.g. `which`) or create some initial settings or structures.
