[Typo3-dev] bk_realurl : database improvement for RealURL

Hi Brice. Haven't tested the extension yet, but I noticed that theres 
something wrong with the manual.

Clicking on the "User manual" at typo3.org extensions page 
http://typo3.org/extensions/ , result in this errormsg..

 Error: You did not have access to this extension "5109"

Hi everyone,

I've release an extension which add some index to
'tx_realurl_uniqalias' in order to speed up queries specially on high
quantity website. you can test it and are invited to give feedback.
