[Typo3-dev] [TYPO3-workflow] merging sys_todos and sys_workflows

Hey

As you might know the two extensions sys_todos and sys_workflows are highly
interrelated. During the development of sys_workflows / NWS this has become
even more, which is why I have decided to merge the two extensions into
one.

This will cause the loss of the basic sys_todos functionality (that is:
passing messages around users without any related records).

Of course it is possible to modify the old sys_todos module to work
independetly from sys_workflows, but I rather not.

So, Is anybody using the plain sys_todos extension and would be sorry if
this functionality is gone in 4.0?
