[Typo3-dev] error in TER

Still have that error? I just uploaded two manuals and everything was fine,
one of them was even a very big one (doc_tut_quickstart_es).

The error message seems to have something to do with either the Open Office
format or the unzipping process.

Please let me know when it happens again and post this information to the
teams-typo3org list:

   - exactly what you did
   - date and time so we can find information in the (error-) logs
