[Typo3-dev] An editor to edit UTF-8 files (locallang)

Hi!

I just had to quickly change a translation of one word in the BE. Since 
this was required urgently, I had to edit locallang_tca.xml in the CMS 
extension rather than contact an official translator. This file was 
encoded in UTF-8. In case if you need to edit such files, you may find 
that Notepad corrupts them when saving (even if you open and save in 
UTF-8 mode). Thus I found a free editor that did work very well. May be 
someone needs it. Here it is:

It is Java-based (which can be a minus) but it opened a file as UTF-8 
without any hints from my side and saved this file in UTF-8 (this is a 
plus).
