[Typo3-dev] backend ACLs, Sticky-bit

Hi,

Attached is the patch for class.t3lib_tcemain.php. I can also make a patch 
for the changes to the mod/web/perm/index.php, but those are really only 
GUI-changes to include the sixth bit, and as you guys are changing the whole 
thing anyway...
You can also find a screenshot of the modified version of the 
Edit-Permissions-screen of the Access module here:

In this screenshot I expanded the 'Levels to be affected'-dropdown. Below 
that are the usual Save and Abort buttons.
You can see that if I would press Save, the current page and all subpages 
will have their "Show page"-bit set for "Everyone", their "Edit content"-bit 
cleared for "Everyone" and the rest will be unchanged. (Which is different 
from the default TYPO3-tool!)
