[Typo3-dev] Idea: Browser drivers

Nice idea, but since this problem affects the whole CMS-world, it would
probably make sense to support independent approaches like IE7 [1].

IE7 tries to make Internet Explorer more standards compliant by simply
including one additional CSS file.
