Well, this doesn't help with bugs that are incorrectly described or that
span more than one component/class. And it's a lot of work. Plus, it may
lead to bugs being assigned to people that don't have time (right now), but
since they are assigned, noone else dares to fix them.
I think this isn't really worth the trouble of assigning those
components/classes to individuals (and keeping those assignments up to
date!).
Hm. But too many bugs, indeed... I'll see what I can do. :)
