i dont think that the concept is limited to browser versions  ...  it is 
basically a condition controlled transformation queue

if different transformation engines are supported a lot of things get 
possible
- generation of office and pdf formats ... i think more elegant than now
- flash communication
- datasource for other applications
- browser versions

so mainly 2 parts would be needed ...
1. generate the data for the transformation layer ( replace the standard 
FE or use it )
2. transformation queue

regards Martin ... i fear this is a very good method for decreasing the 
system performance
