The infrastucture is still improvable because I think the free-flowing 
bugfixing structure does not really scale well. I just started 
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Bugfixing_Team in order to get things 
sorted out a little. Obviously, we should not spend too much time on 
this but rather fix bugs, but it may become handy some time...
