[Typo3-dev] "Move to top-Button"

I think this idea is already on my TODO.txt list for the core. But then
it will be done in 3 years from now...


So:
- The reason for not having it is two-fold. a) not wanting to bloat the
backend more. b) not having time.

If you can present a suggestion (manipulated screenshot) of where those
buttons should go and how they could look, please do so and let us vote
for that.
If you can then supply a patch for the core which is reasonable made I
will probably let it in with a happy smile and you have made your first
core contribution...
