[Typo3-dev] Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in ...

Hi everybody,

i'm not typically a typo3-developer but in my current typo3.7.0-installation i got some strange php-error which i've never seen before. After installing the lz_gallerie-, quick-tables and photobook-Extension i'm getting the following errormessage everytime i try to insert a content element on a plain empty site:

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/httpd/docs/red-franken/testsite/typo3conf/ext/dam/lib/class.tx_dam_scbase.php on line 250

This error also occurs when i'm trying to open a folder in the dam-extension for indexing some documents and pictures. It also appears in the frontend when users trying to access some sites on my website. 
Does anyone know what i should do to resolve this problem and to make my typo3-installation work correctly? It would be helpfull for me, if anyone could give me some tips cause i've posted this errormessage also in the german user list archive but know one seems to know the reason for  this error.
