[Typo3-dev] Magic Image size - where is that defined?

When inserting images in the RTE we can use the magic image or plain image 
option. Now we would like to know how can we control the size that the magic 
image option uses? Where is this controlled?

Also how can we remove the plain image option, so that only magic image is 
available?
