[Typo3-dev] page:title not working

Hi,

> doesnt work:
> lib.bgimg.10=TEXT
> lib.bgimg.10.field = title

confirmed. field = title only works, if the context to the table pages -
which is containing the field title - is given. This is not the case
with TV so you have to use page : title.

But not with:

> doesnt work:
> lib.bgimg.10=TEXT
> lib.bgimg.10.field = page:title

use
lib.bgimg.10=TEXT
lib.bgimg.10.data = page:title

instead.

field only works if you assign a single field name to it, but doesn`t
work with the colon syntax.
