I looked what classes Robert has put. Partially there are enough 
classes. Enough for the top of the view but lacking from tables,tables 
rows ja cells, which relate with content areas and individual content 
elements. Robert has then partially - but not enough - taken account 
skinning and I belive he would take it better account in future.
I added missing classes in order to get desired skinning for TV, if I 
offer it for some customer.

yes - bad in if you have many content area. This would need a variable 
to set, where  to cut and put into another row. The same concerns also 
the normal page module. In priciple not a big task.

In some case certainly ok, but in my mind it would be in most cases 
simpler just to  make a new row with necessary header cells after the 
quantity of colums, which the user wants. The default value could be 3, 
when automatic fourth content are would be in own row with the header 
cell above it.

Optionally template would be nice, if the designer want to put content 
area into places, which correctly represents the final web-pages.
But normally that would not be needed.
