[Typo3-dev] Laout of TV

Hi

The layout of TemplaVoila should be better controlled by CSS!!!

This is REALLY IRRITATING!

I don't use the default skin and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get
altered the layout of TV - ALL possible should be able to control
through CSS - not by using variables.
