[Typo3-dev] ps fonts and typo3

Hi!

Has anybody experience with ps fonts?

We were fiddling with fonts, letter spacing and were not satisfied with the 
results. T3 uses wrappers for imagettftext and friends, but has no support 
for imagepstext. Would it make sense to include real support for ps fonts? 
I'm thinking of recreating the text functions for ps fonts and siwtching 
between them by the font file extension.
