well, what I did there is to add two text input fields named
field_alttext and field_titletext to the FCE. As you can access the FCE
fields with TS inside of the FCE, it is possible to fill the alttext and
titletext properties of the image object with the values of the two text
input fields.

So I guess you just haven`t added those text fields yet.

Btw.: I still would like to know how to use palletes inside of FCEs to
make the input fields look a bit nicer and improve usability.
