[Typo3-dev] Problem solved: Uploading extension manuals to the TER

Hi folks,

uploading / parsing manuals in the TER didn't work for a while, I just have
solved that problem. 

If you recently uploaded an extension and the manual didn't appear, please
go to the "edit extension" dialogue and update your manual there.

Please report all problems which might remain in this thread.
