Nice, but the icons take up too much space (as has been said). What kills
this draft for me: it's got way to little contrast. I almost cannot
identify the header/title bars on my laptop screen.

Other than that, it seems as if everyone is really keen on this topic now,
which is good. But please move the discussion to the design list, it seem
to be the better place.
