[Typo3-dev] dynamic BE forms?

Hi,

I'm facing a problem and not sure how/if i can do it with a new 
extension. Basically what we want is the following:

1, have 2 new record types, like "structure" and "data"
2, in sctructure records, we could enter fieldname / type pairs, like 
name/input text, description / RTE, color/select etc.
3, if we insert a data record, it takes its fields from the (first) 
"structure" record on the same PID and displays the BE form accordignly.

Is this possible please? I think for this a "fixed" field set and an 
automatically generated BE form is not enough, instead it would be 
better to use 1 big text field for the data records, which stores the 
values entered in the dynamically generated BE form eg in XML or similar 
sturcuted markup. Can you help me please,

a, is it possible to execute an own function to build up the BE form, 
not use "premade" forms (based on the fields of the spcific table) 
generated by the kickstarter?
b, if yes where should i look for docs, or maybe a working examlpe for this?
