Quality is rarely the deciding factor in what succeds and what fails.
Just look at the most successful Windows, the x86 architecture or VHS.
None of them are the best product, but they're still what most people
use.
What counts is getting people to use -your- product and not the
competitor's product. And to do that you've got to market yourself well,
and part of that is looking good.

PS: I think you can stop asking Tapio to put his real name in there as
it probably is his real name. From the website at the domain of his mail
adress it looks like a Finnish outfit.
