[Typo3-dev] New skin for TYPO3

I'm not a designer and I'm not really into accessibility but from a 
marketing point of view (I'm not even a marketeer anyway...) it's a nice 
step in the right direction, being Joey's lighter version

Most developers choose TYPO3 for it's features set but if you show to 
some potential editors the backend, they usually comment about the 
"rough" look of the BE.

Going to XP/Aqua feeling can't be an error, whatever the colors (as long 
as compatibility and speed isn't forget!)

Sometimes I showed the Crystal or 360 look but the individual size of 
the icons from those skin take too much screen space. It's why at first 
I was pleased with Thomas' work.

Am I a dreamer? would be nice if Admin could set some TS or settings  to 
generate the BE color on install. Then you could have Default, 
Psychedelic and Beach "theme"...

...just my 0.2 canadian dollar
